Gluten Free, Corn-Free, Delicious, Low Carb Bread.
With as many allergies as are in our household, it is hard (or really expensive) to buy bread that we can actually enjoy. This bread has quickly become a favorite around our house, especially as our youngest almost always wants peanut butter and honey. While we think it is ok to occasionally have a spoonful of peanut butter, doing it too often is really expensive! With this recipe, you can either use coconut oil or butter as your oil base. If you are used to sweeter bread, use coconut oil, if you are used to a more savory bread, use butter.
