Corned Beef Brine

This no sugar added Corned Beef Brine is an amazing way to celebrate your St. Patrick's day or any other day of the year.






Corned Beef is a tradition for my husband's family and when we had more time with the pandemic we started reviving some of the lost traditions on both sides of our family. The first one we revived was having Corned Beef and Cabbage for St. Patrick's Day. The first year we tried it we just bought one from the store and it was... okay. I had never had Corned Beef before and I wasn't really a fan of it. Not only was the taste just okay, but there was sugar in it, which I found unnecissary and we couldn't be sure it was free of all of the allergens we try to avoid in our household. So we tried it again.





This time we got grass fed beef and brined it ourselves. It turned out amazing! I actually look forward to this tradition now and even ask for it at other times of the year.
