Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are a favorite around our house, our kids can't seem to get enough of them!

While being regaurded as one of the simplest bake goods in the world (at least by Americans), the how to of making a chocolate chip cookie may still elude some.

We created a quick video with a simple recipe to fix that.

Do I need a stand mixer?

No. While in the video we use a stand mixer to make things easier, you can use a hand mixer or even just a spoon, it will just take longer to get to where you are going.

Does this have to be gluten free?

No. We understand that gluten free ingredients are more expensive and not all of you need to be gluten free. But we do need to be gluten free, medically, so that is what we use. Feel free to use all purpose flour when we call out gluten free measure for measure flour. If there is a reason we use a specific flour, we will tell you.
